GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

As a club member, you have access to our free group exercise classes led by our highly experienced fitness team. Choose from a wide range of classes including Mobility and Yoga for flexibility and stress relief, Club Cycle for high-intensity cardio, Tabata for interval training, Aqua Fit for a low-impact workout in the pool, Kettle Bell for strength and conditioning, and Circuit for a full-body workout amongst others. SPIN + ABS - This is a group indoor cycling workout, where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. Climbs to make you strong and sprints to make you sweat. Finishing the class off an array of abdominal exercise to really tighten up your core.

 AQUA FIT  A fun-loving, insanely addictive pool workout. Aquafit is an ego-free zone. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheekysmile. See you poolside 

STRETCH + CORE -This is a modern workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, improve range of movement and allow you to escape every day while increasing your mobility. 

KETTLEBELLS - Kettlebell is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses a Kettlebell to blast all major muscle groups. 
PUMP - 
Using light to moderate dumbells and barbells with lots of repetition, PUMP gives you a total body workout. Shape and tone your entire body. 

YOGA - Bend and stretch through a series of yoga moves. Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. If possible BYOM (bring your own mat). 

BARBELLS - High intensity workout that focuses on compound movements, to work all muscle groups in a quick and efficient manner. Hits everything from bums to tums. 

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH - A complete workout that focuses on building strength, In all muscle groups, we use everything from bodyweight, To kettle bells to ensure a fun and varied workout.

PILATES - Developed by Joseph Pilates while being held, In WW2 concentration camp, its primary goal is to create, Strength, stability and flexibility through the abdominal muscles, And the lower back. Supplement of €5 per class

20/20 - 20 minutes on the bike 20 minutes doing a resistance training exercise, Extremely high tempo class with minimal rest to really test your overall fitness, And work capacity
